1 How can I book?Can I book online?Do I need a credit card to book?
You can book by phone at 041 5205165, email email@example.com or directly online: just enter the requested data in the ‘book now’ form to see prices and availability in real time.At the end of the booking process you will receive an automatically generated email with your confirmation number: you can simply print it or write the code number down.
We guarantee the best price on the web:if you find a better price anywhere else, we will match this and offer you an additional 20% discount!
A credit card is required for each booking.We accept all major credit cards. The credit card will be used for guarantee purpose only, no payments will be charged unless you fail to cancel your booking within the established terms.
2 What are non-refundable rates?
For deals and special packages we offer non-refundable rates. In this case, the payment will be immediately charged to your credit card and the rate is non-refundable even if you cancel your booking within the established terms.We accept, however, that you change the booking dates within the current year, with 15 days advance of the previously scheduled ones.After that term, it will no longer be possible to change dates.
3 What are the cancellation terms?
For refundable rates, free cancellation must be made within 7 days before the arrival date.The first night rate will be due for any cancellationfollowing that term and / or no-shows.Non-refundable rates cannot be refunded.
4 How can I cancel my booking?
Cancelling your reservation is easy: if you have booked via email or phone, just send us an email and you will receive a cancellation confirmation email.
Should you have booked online through the booking form, please enter your confirmation number in order to proceed with the cancellation.In any case you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
5 What does the room rate include?
All rates are inclusive of: free WIFI, towels and bed sheets change, daily room cleaning.Breakfast service is not currently available and rooms are not equipped with TV set, but we offer a lively and interesting cultural exhange, books, and – last but not least – a healthy chat with us in front of an ‘on the house’ cup of tea / coffee!
6 What services rooms are equipped with?
We have simple budget rooms with shared bathroom and rooms with private bathroom.All the rooms are equipped with telephone, heating system, fans.Each bathroom features shower, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
1 What time check-in and check-out?And what if I arrive after 8:00 pm?
Our staff is on duty from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm in summer (April – October) and from 8:00 am to 02:00 pm in winter (November – March).Check-in is guaranteed throughout the day. Please, let us know yourtime of arrival.Rooms are usually available from 1:00 pm. If you arrive in the morning, you can leave your luggage at the reception desk. By booking directly FROM OUR OFFICIAL WEBSITE, you will enjoy free check-in service after 8:00 pm. If you book through any travel agency, you will need to pay extra 15 Euro.
2 Can I connect to the Internet?Is a public Internet terminal available for use?
With your laptop you can connect to the free wi-fi connection throughout the hotel (private rooms and common areas).We also have a free computer for guests to use, where you can also print your boarding pass.
3 Are pets allowed in your hotel?
We are delighted to welcome pets to our hotel at an extra charge of € 10,00 per night.
4 Do you have an elevator?Do you have a bar inside?And a restaurant?
Our hotel is set on the second floor of an ancient and charming building, so we do not have an elevator.
Further, the hotel does not have a corner bar or restaurant, but we can suggest you several nice restaurants/lounges/cafeterias where you can taste the fabulous Venetian specialties.
5 What languages do the staff members speak?
We all currently speak Italian.However, we also speak English, French and Spanish, according to our Customers’ needs.Judith, the owner, is French.Tatiana and Esperanza are Colombian, Lucia is from Naples and Sujan is from Bangladesh.
6 Can the Hotel staff book tickets for city tours, excursions and restaurants?
We strive to do anything we can to make your stay in Venice unforgettable! Beside suggesting you the most interesting and agreeable itineraries, we will willingly take care of your museum tickets and restaurant booking.
It will be a pleasure for us to suggest you the best restaurants and the most pictoresque taverns serving the typical, delicious dishes of the Venetian cuisine.
1 Where is Hotel San Samuele located, exactly?
We are really in a great location, in the heart of Venice’s historic centre, just 5 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco and Ponte di Rialto.Our hotel is located in Salizzada San Samuele, a short walk away from the water bus San Angelo and San Samuele stops, next to Palazzo Grassi, close to Campo Santo Stefano.
2 What is the name of the nearest train station and how far is it from your hotel?

3 What is the nearest airport?
The Venice’s airport, “Marco Polo”, is the nearest airport, which is 15 km from the Hotel San Samuele.
4 How far is your hotel from the nearest bus stop?
The nearest bus stop is in Piazzale Roma, 20-minute walk or boat ride away from our hotel.
5 Where can I park my car?
You can choose from a fairly wide range of parking options – from the most expensive to the cheapest one: Piazzale Roma Municipal Parking, Mestre Tronchetto, in front of the railway station, Ponte della Libertà, Via Righi, the Venice airport.
6 Where is it possible to rent a car?
Major car rental companies, such as Avis, Hertz, Europe Car, have their offices in Piazzale Roma. Our staff will be more than eager to rent the most convenient means of transport of your choice.
